Cancel/Verify Alarms allows you to respond to alarm events directly and communicate with a monitoring station to indicate if the alarm is accidental or a real emergency. If you wish to opt-in to the Cancel/Verify feature, contact your True Protection.
Important: Cancel/Verify only appears when the system is in an alarm state after sensors are tripped. Only users with Master-level permissions can access this feature.
