Hi quality company! Customer service seems to be first priority. Got my mother’s home hooked up with security cameras and a system and she loves it. There was a small malfunction with a camera (not anyones fault) and Ivan immediately came back out and got it taken care of.

Sean was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. Reached out to let us know when to expect him, showed up on time, and helped us through the installation process. We hit a few snags as our home wasn’t wired the way we thought it was and Sean helped us to easily understand our best options and pull it together.

So far so good. True Protection was referred to us by our inspector. George was our sales person. He was patient by keeping in touch until we were ready to order our service.

These guys are on it. I had them wire a second office in our suite, they did it in record time. We had a minor glitch with the install, they promptly fixed it and ensured we were happy with the service. Will continue to use them for sure!

On top of that, they’re local, which is a huge selling point. I don’t like hearing from companies that are based in other states and in my experience.
